Great Interior Pumpkin Drop & Fly-In

The Great Interior Pumpkin Drop is back at Bradley Sky Ranch (95Z) for 2024! Open to aviation enthusiasts as well as family, friends, and the broader Alaskan Community, come join us for a day of amazing aviators, local musicians and food trucks, and games and activities for the whole family.
Pilots: Try your luck or skill at dropping pumpkins from your airplane! The target zone will be a 100 foot circle. Winner is the closest to the center. It is a lot harder to judge when to drop than it looks! Prizes for first, second, and third place will be awarded.
Bradley Sky Ranch 95Z is open to the public and easily accessible from the Old Richardson Highway. It is the airstrip near the railroad crossing before North Pole. Please plan to carpool and plane-pool to ensure space for all!
Drop Details:
* BYOP – BRING YOUR OWN PUMPKIN! x3
* Altitude for the drop will be 200 AGL
* Registration starts at 12PM – mandatory safety briefing to follow. Drop to start after that.
Event Details:
* Fly-In Camping open from Friday, September 27th – Sunday, September 29th
* Featuring music by local Fairbanks musicians – Fireweed Fiddle, Identity Crisis, and Carl Addington
* Come hungry and support your local food trucks!
* Family-friendly games and activities will be available
